  I thought everything was ok, when out of nowhere a different worker, seemed like an older woman, started speaking to us. She scolded me for not speaking French to her in the first place, accused me of making her employee's job harder and was overall extremely rude and aggressive. I was so embarrassed I was speechless, I told my boyfriend to turn around and leave the drive thru. We went to a nearby Subway instead. You might want to advise the lady at this franchise to lose the attitude. It was an innocent mistake on my behalf, nevertheless employees should be bilingual since Canada is a bilingual nation, there is absolutely no excuse for the way she treated us and I will never return to this Tim Hortons and this left a very bitter taste to us.

  My boyfriend and I made a stop to this Tim Hortons during a road trip. We were disgusted at the service we received at the drive thru. I was In the passenger seat and my boyfriend was driving. He began ordering his food in English, he is from the US and does not speak French and he assumed the lady working at the drive thru was bilingual. She was not. She was struggling so I began saying both our orders in French I began saying both our orders in French.

  Service toujours aussi pourrie comme dans pratiquement TOUS les Tim horton! J'ai demandé a la caissière si mon wrap étais bien sans sauce. La jeune fille avec son gros aire bête ma fait un signe de tête. Pensant qu'elle n'avais pas compris ma question je lui repose gentiment ma question et me refait un signe de tête. SÉRIEUX?? aucun son n'est sortie de sa bouche. Les tim horton, vous allez causer vôtre perte. Le service a la clientèle est primordiale. Allez dont manger au Thaizone a Sherbrooke, voyez ce que c'est le service WOW!
